RULES

CONTEST RULES

- ALL submissions must be ANONYMOUS. That means that you cannot post or continue your story anywhere until after the winners have been announced.

- You are allowed to promote the fact you have entered the contest, but if you reveal in any way which story is yours, YOU WILL BE disqualified immediately. This does not include your BETA or the Secret Keeper.

- Please do not reply to any review on your story.

- All entries must be new and original, you will be allowed to continue when the contest is over.

- Please do not add a ‘To be continued..’ at the end of your story, they must be complete as stated above you will be allowed to continue when the contest is over.

- Collaborations are welcome.

- Limit of two per person/collaboration.

- Please stick to the theme of the contest, mermen and mermaids, you are allowed to add other creatures but the main ones have to be mermen and mermaids.

- Minimum of 2,500 words and maximum of 20,000 words. This does not include the header and footer.

- Rape and pedophilia are not allowed, nor are violence toward children or animals and other triggers of the like.

- ALL entries MUST be beta’d, all entries will be validated for grammar, spelling and so on so forth. Your story will be sent back to you if there is a large number of errors.  

- All POV’s welcome.

- All Fandoms are welcome, as are crossovers.

- All Human/Canon/Alternate Universe are all allowed.

- Lemons are allowed but they are not required, it is your choice.

- All Entries must include the heading below.
